Is this a subscription?

No. Lacuna is a one-time purchase. No monthly fees, no yearly renewals, no surprise charges.

What’s your refund policy?

All sales are final. Since Lacuna offers a full free trial, you can test every feature before purchasing. We want to ensure you have everything you need to know you’ll love the product before you buy.

What if I get a new computer or reformat my machine?

You can deactivate Lacuna on your current computer and activate it on your new one (or after reformatting) using the same license. If you no longer have access to deactivate, contact support@lacuna.pub and we’ll help you transfer your license.

Can I format books for other authors?

Yes. You can use your Lacuna license to format books for clients. Please note that we can only provide technical support to licensed customers, not end users who don’t own the software.

How do I activate my license?

After purchasing from lacuna.pub/pricing, you’ll receive activation instructions via email. Activate your license directly within the Lacuna application. No separate downloads required.
