Section Style Settings

You can find Customize Section Style in the Section Options Menu. This is where you customize individual sections when you want them to differ from your book-wide settings.

If you want to dive deep into customization, this is an important place to work. You can override any book-wide setting for a specific section.

Section Presets

Apply presets to control the styling for this section:

• Title Style — Choose a preset for the section title
• Subtitle Style — Choose a preset for the section subtitle
• Spacing — Choose a preset for heading spacing

You can also apply your current settings to other sections or reset to defaults.

Display Settings

Toggle what appears in the section header:

• Show Title in Header — Enable or disable the title display
• Show Subtitle in Header — Enable or disable the subtitle display
• Show Image in Header — Enable or disable the heading image

Typography

Control text formatting for this section:

• Indentation — Enable or disable paragraph indentation
• First Paragraph Indentation — Enable or disable indentation on the first paragraph
• Drop Cap — Enable or disable drop caps
• First Line Style — Apply styling to the first line of paragraphs. This is also a book-wide setting
