Format Text Message Conversations

Format dialogue as chat-style message bubbles with participant names and delivery status indicators.

Converting Text to Messages

Select text and press Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + T to convert paragraphs into chat bubbles.

Click any message to access controls:

  • To/From Buttons - Switch left/right alignment
  • Name Toggle - Add participant names
  • Receipt Dropdown - Set delivery status
  • Delete - Remove message

Message Types

  • Sender - Right-aligned, blue bubbles
  • Receiver - Left-aligned, gray bubbles
  • Participant - Named messages, yellow bubbles, either side

Delivery Status

Color-coded left borders indicate message status:

  • Blue - Sending
  • Green - Delivered
  • Dark Blue - Read
  • Red - Failed
  • None - No indicator

Style Options

Color Presets: Blue, Green, Light Green, Gray, Purple

Bubble Shape: Square, Slightly Rounded, Very Rounded, Pill

Spacing: Tight, Snug, Comfy, Relaxed

Name & Receipt Text: Size (XS-L), Transform (Normal, Uppercase, Lowercase, Capitalize)
